Age
45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >45y; 2. COPD risk factor (cigarette>10pack*year); 3. chronic coughsputum or dyspnea symptom; or emphysema on the LDCT; 4. spirometry: FEV1%pred70%; 5. follow-up 2years; 6. informed consent acquired.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. asthma; 2. other irreversible obstructive lung diseases; 3. mental disease or cognitive disorders; 4. cancer or critical disease.
