18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed as HTN due to renal disease with CKD. (With or without medication for HTN); 2. Not under any type of renal replacement therapy; 3. Aged 18 to 75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to collect 24 hour sample; 2. Unable to provide the spot urine sample; 3. ABPM readings less than 2/3rd of total readings; 4. Develop any life threatening condition during the time of study; 5. Development of acute kidney injury defined by RIFLE or AKIN criteria; 6. Menstruation starting during the study period.
