20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-50 year old; the myopia refractive power less than -8.0D, volunteer to take part in the study, the eyes are proved normal by ophthalmological examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: high myopia; past history of endocrine disease or cardiovascular disease; can not followup
