Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Out-patients have already diagnosed as coronary heart diseases, including stable angina pectoris (SAP), unstable angina (UA), ST elevated or non-ST elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI and Non-STEMI), whether they accepted coronary vascular reconstruction treatment (PCI or CABG) or not, but if they dont, it is necessary to diagnose them based on the coronary artery imaging or lectrocardiogram and enzymology in myocardial infarction patients; 2. The patients are receiving coronary heart disease related drug therapy, those begin the drug therapy this time will be excluded; 3. The patients have fasting blood fat record including LDL-C in the past six months after receiving the lipid drugs for at least one month; 4. The patients have already sign the informed consent that indicate they are willing to participant in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have accepted clinical trials or those are participating in this survey in other hospitals will be excluded.
