Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age is 50 years or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age below 50 years, history of cancerstroke, Parkinson's diseasesevere depression, current delirium, inability to understand or answer the study questionnaires, inability to walk independently, use of nourishmentsuch as vitamins within the past 1 years, and dementia patients.
