Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Township is the smallest unit of cluster sampling,all >15-year-old crowd living in the sampling township be included in chest X-ray active screening group. Economic, demographic, geographic and environmental factors as the controlling factor to select comparison townships, the >15-year-old township resident household population inculd TB symptoms passive screening group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women, other X-ray examination contraindicated.
