Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gender: male or female, who have signed an informed consent form/patients visiting card prior to initiation of any study-related procedure; 2. diagnosedasthma/COPD; 3. according to asthma/COPD guidelines,asthma and COPD patients who need maintenance treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients are unable to complete the assessment questionnaire; 2. patients are unable to answer the phone.
