40 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female who have signed an Informed Consent Form prior to initiation of any study-related procedure; 2) To be diagnosed as COPD at least six months (the diagnosis of COPD must meet GOLD2011 strategy andthe diagnosis andtreatment guidelines of COPD, V.2008)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. COPD patient at exacerbation stage or acutely exacerbation in last six weeks needs to be treated by antibiotics and/or steroids systemically; 2. COPD patient complicated with other diseases needs to be treated by long-term maintenance treatment, include but not limited to, diabetes, cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases, cancer; 3. The COPD patient who unable to complete a questionnaire (include illiterate nor express views by alternative means, can not understandthe questions of the questionnaire).
