Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary artery disease. With reference to the international 1999 diabetes diagnosis standard. Observed indicators of coronary heart disease: Typical symptoms of angina, electrocardiogram, the evidence of myocardial ischemia or coronary angiography showing at least one coronary artery more than 50%; Clinical symptoms + ECG and (or) serum creatine kinase are in line with standard AMI; History of myocardial infarction, ECG display positioning significance of pathologic Q waves; patients accept the clinical examination, and sign informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 Diabetes, other types of diabetes and secondary diabetes mellitus as well as C-peptide 300mg/dl; 2. Severe hepatic and renal diseases; 3. Thyroid disease, Chushing syndrome and other endocrine diseases; 4. malignancy.
