18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clinical suspectable infection; 2. Appearance of two or more features following: (1) body temperature between 36 - 38 degree C; (2) heart rate > 90 beats per minute; (3) respiratory rate > 20 times per minutes; (4) peripheral blood WBC > 12.0*10^9 /L or 10%. 3. Age > 18, no limit in gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18; 2. Need surgery immediately; 3. Have terminal stage disease; 4. Pregnancy; 5. HIV; 6. Fail to obtain informed consent.
