Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-35 year-old female; 2. Live in the region for more than one year; 3. Agree to participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with any of the following diseases: serious heart, liver, kidney, blood disease and malignant tumor; 2. Lactating women.
