Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged of 19 - 44; (2) healthy examination participants at First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College; (3) The participant's age, gender, blood tests data and hepatic ultrasonic findings were all recorded in a health examination database; (4) Informed consent was obtained from each participant included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) drink alcohol greater than 140 g/week for men and 70g/week for women; (2) chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis C; (3) fatty liver disease; (4) hepatotoxicity drugs; (5) BMI > 25 kg/m2 in both genders, hypertriglyceridemia (>= 1.7 mmol/L), low serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (= 5.6 mmol/L), elevated blood pressure (>=130/85 mmHg), or hyperuricemia (> 420 umol/L for men and > 360umol/L for women).
