Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mitral regurgitation who was affected previously by myocardial infarction, and whose valvular and sub-valvular structure remains normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with arrhythmia, more than mild aortic regurgitation, and whose sonogram are unable to analyse with speckle tracking
