HBsAg positive group:The community doctors make effort to manage the hepatitis B virus infected patients, such as setting up health records, carrying out health education about hepatitis B and vaccina

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients infected with viral hepatitis B (HBsAg positive) in our chosen community, no restrict of age and sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver diseases caused by other reasons such as other viral hepatitis (hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E and so on), adiposis hepatica, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, inborn liver disease and so on.
