18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients that come to department of cardiothoracic surgery of West China Hospital and receive valve replacement surgery, and sign Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coronary artery disease; 2. thrombosis and embolism disease; 3. Hematologic disease; 4. other malignancy, prior radio- or chemotherapy; 5. Use of corticosteroids or immune suppression therapy; 6. Participation in other clinical study which has not ended yet; 7. Pregnancy, birth or lactation period <6 months ago; 8. not the first time receiving cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 9. Severe renal insufficiency; 10. Severe hepatic insufficiency.
