Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetic patients and controls are defined according to according to WHO recommendation (1999)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with Type 1 diabetes mellitus and Other specific types of diabetes; 2. patients with severe diseases in heart, liver and kidney.
