Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preoperative colonoscopy for colorectal cancer pathology or highly suspicious, and tumors located in the left colon (8 cm or less edge of tumor from anal from 60 cm or less). Preoperative imaging evaluation of tumor maximum transverse diameter (by tumor diameter, intestinal wall and intestinal canal fats, etc) is less than 4 cm and without widely local invasion and distant metastasis; Body mass index (BMI) of less than 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With severe intestinal obstruction,perforation or bleeding needed emergency surgery; Colorectal cancer recurrence or multiple primary cancer; Laparoscopic surgery contraindications.
