Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients in our reproductive center from 2007 aim to IVF/ICSI treantment to get pregnant accepted the the blastocyst culture and transfer elective single blastocyst transfer(eSBT).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients without the blastocyst culture and transfer elective single blastocyst transfer(eSBT).
