40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) recurrent knee pain. (2) no significant injury history. (3)X ray and MRI showed knee degenerative changes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, hemophilia sex arthritis, gouty arthritis; 2. acute knee joint infection, or systemic infection; 3. Within 1 week of oral antiplatelet or against the use of fibrinolytic drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs; 4. Knee joint cavity injected drugs within three months; 5. underwent knee related to surgery within half year; 6. has blood system diseases, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, immune deficiency diseases,tumor and so on; 7. hemoglobin is less than 11 g/dL, platelet count is less than 100*10^9/L white blood cell count is less than 3*10^9/L
