Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to hospital during May 2015 to January 2017; 2. Male adolescent patients between 9 to 18 years old; 3. With obvious signs of varicocele; 4. Diagnosed as nutcracker syndrome by ultrasonography of the spermatic vein and Doppler spectral analysis of left renal vein; 5. Volume or texture change of bilateral testicles, or significantly abnormal of semen quality, weak sperm, abnormal sperm; 6. Informed consent signed by patients or their relatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left renal vein compression caused by other reason, tumor for example; 2. Complicated with other malformations lesions such as duplicate kidney, horseshoe kidney; 3. Complicated with lesions such as renal vein or inferior vena cava thrombosis, vascular tumors, which may affect the hemodynamics of left renal vein; 4. Obvious abnormalities of blood, heart, lung, liver or kidney, or there is a serious systemic disease; 5. Psychiatric system disorders; 6. Any other circumstances that the researchers believe the patient should be excluded from the study.
