25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The P level was more than 6 nmol/L on the HCG day; The patients'age were between 20-40 years old; The number of oocyte retrieved was between six and twenty-four; The patients got at least one good quality embryo for blastocyst culture or embryo frozen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The factors, which may affect pregnancy rate such as hydrosalpinx, uterus malformation, hyperprolactinemia or other endocrine diseases.
