Eligibility

Age
1 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe aplastic anemia; 2. Age: younger than 40 years old; 3. has a suitable donor; 4. Persistent neutropenia (absolute neutrophil count less than 0.5*10^9/L) and fever with no response to aggressive anti-infection treatment for three weeks or with infection site; 5. Sign the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe organ dysfunction: serum ALT more than 3 times ULN, Ccr less than 60ml/min, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50% and estimation of survival less than 1 months.
