Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Firstly, patients who suffer osteonecrosis of the femoral head (different ARCO stage).Secondly, patients do not reveal apparent surgery contraindications(eg.serious Cardiovascular disease,mental illness,ect). Thirdly, patients who have high compliance with our postoperative recovery palns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Firstly, patients who suffer disease which need long-term glucocorticoid support treatment (e.g SLE) will be excluded. Sencondly, paitents who sufferd malignant tumor, mental illness, and so on. Thirdly, patients with disease that Affect the ability to walk deeply, like AS, Severe cardiopulmonary disease. Fourthly, patients who can not obey our long-term return visit and recovery plans. Fifthly, patients who are participating other clinic trials. Sixthly, patients who can not meet our requirement for other reasons.
