Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age between 18 and 70; (2) ASA I-III; (3) Pelvic fracture, Slipped disc, Cervical spine fracture, Thoracic vertebra fracture, and Lumbar fractures..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Anemia; (2) Hematologic diseases (3) Diabetes, hypertension; (4) Malignant disease; (5) Renal and Liver dysfunction; (6) to be included into other study; (7) refuse to sign a consent form.
