Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: normal corneal morphology with no corneal nebula or corneal macula; manifest spherical equivalent of -1 to -6 diopters (D), the cylindrical diopter less than -3.00D; refractive diopter maintained stable for more than 2 years; picked off soft contact lens for more than 2 weeks; picked off RGP for more than 1 month; preoperative corneal central thickness measured by Pentacam more than 500 um and non-contact IOP less than 21mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 18 years old; any corneal diseases, corneal operations, eyes trauma or systemic diseases history; keratoconus or susceptive keratoconus; especially corneal macula and obvious pannus.
