Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who were primigraida with singletons, get all prenatal tests in the outpatient of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Guangzhou, China, during June, 2014 and Mar, 2015, with normal level of serum total testosterone in the first trimester, will be enrolled in the prospective study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had been previously diagnosed with diabetes or another endocrine disorder, with disorder of androgen excessor its complications, thyroid function abnormalities, liver or renal diseases were excluded from the study
