18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Capable of independent activity Chinese people; (2) age more than 18 years (including 18 years old); (3) Be able to do the pulmonary function test successfully; (4) Able to complete the questionnaire according to requirements; (5) Only the standard DICOM format for image storage; (6) the detectors of CT more than 16 rows; (7) Slice thickness is smaller than or equal to 1.25mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to extract original data by the CT machine fault; (2) Artifacts of the clothes or metal foreign body have effect on CT original data acquisition; (3) Obvious motion artifact; (4)any abnormal condition in MSCT images; (5)Alcohol or drug abuse history; (6)patient with severe cardiovascular disease (such as one year's history of myocardial infarction, unstable or life-threatening arrhythmia); (7) patient with the severe dysfunction of liver or kidney; (8)patients received chemoradiotherapy due to malignant tumor; (9) patient with some chronic disease have impact on results (such as: severe congestive heart failure, active gastric or duodenal ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes); (10) pregnant, lactating women.
