40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Capable of independent activity Chinese people; (2) age more than 40 years; (3) Be diagnosed as COPD by 2013 edition of the COLD guidelines; (4) Be able to do the pulmonary function test successfully; (5) Could present their symptom by themselves; (6)Only the standard DICOM format for image storage; (7) the detectors of CT more than 16 rows; (8) Slice thickness is smaller than or equal to 1.25mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to extract original data by the CT machine fault; (2)Artifacts of the clothes or metal foreign body have effect on CT original data acquisition; (3) Obvious motion artifact; (4) Patient with asthma, bronchiectasis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary interstitial disease; (5) Alcohol or drug abuse history; (6) patient with severe cardiovascular disease (such as one year's history of myocardial infarction, unstable or life-threatening arrhythmia); (7) patient with malignant tumor or received radiotherapy; (8) patient with the severe dysfunction of liver or kidney; (9) patient with some chronic disease have impact on results (such as: severe congestive heart failure, active gastric or duodenal ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes); (10) pregnant, lactating women.
