Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase A: 1. will consist of approximately 300 patients (50 patients per site) with unresectable Stage IIIB or IV NSCLC who were newly diagnosed at the site or referred to the site for treatment after a new diagnosis at another facility between January and July 2013, provided that all cancer-specific historical data points are available in the medical record. Phase B: 1. will consist of approximately 2100 patients (350 patients per site) with newly diagnosed unresectable Stage IIIB or IV NSCLC; 2. Willing to sign informed consent ?Histologically/cytologically confirmed, unresectable Stage IIIB or IV NSCLC; 3. Radiographic evidence of disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase A: Patients who have participated in anti-cancer, regimen-specified clinical studies prior to enrollment. Phase B: 1. Prior treatment for unresectable Stage IIIB or IV NSCLC; 2. Participated in any anti-cancer, regimen-specified clinical studies for first NSCLC treatment.
