Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy people aged 45 ~ 65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients suffering from blood disease and is being treated with iron reduction methods, severe liver or kidney disease, mental retardation, and loss blood to a large amount, severe trauma or repeated transfusion in recent six months.
