18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years; KPS>80;Absence of radiation to abdomen history; HCC (biospy or radiological diagnostic guidelines); Major vascular invasion without extrahepatic metastasis; Child-pugh A/B; Blood test: WBC>2X109/LHb> 90g/LPLT>100X10^9/L; Creatinine, urea nitrogen normal; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Child-pugh C; The volume of normal liver<700cc; Extrahepatic metastasis; Active hepatitis; Severe gastrointestinal diseases,such as gastrointestinal bleeding; Secondary cancer; Pregnancy; Refuse radiation.
