35 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select severe periodontitis teeth, inclusion criteria is aged=35 years, attachment loss greater than or equal to 6mm (those without gingival recession, probing depth = 8mm, who have receding gums, periodontal pocket depth + gingival recession >8mm) or apical slice display alveolar bone destruction than the root length 2/3, tooth mobility =2 degrees, no clinical symptoms of pulp and pulp vitality tester ascertain the non-vital teeth teeth dead being included trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The teeth have dental disease, has done deep caries or endodontic treatment, cracked teeth, severe tooth wear; 2) suspicious root fracture teeth, including root canal images were widened; 3) the last 12 months had received periodontal treatment; 4) nearly three months had received antibiotics, non-steroidal (NSAID) medication; 5) associated systemic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, nephritis, blood diseases and other diseases, but not including gastrointestinal disorders, anemia, thyroid diseases; 6) pregnancy.
