Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who accord with the diagnosis standard of peripheral facial palsy,and healyth people without any apparent diseases; (2)Patients who accept the trial voluntarily; (3)age from 10 too 80; (4)Both gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients whose face are spasm; (2)Patients and Healthy people whose face are spasm when measured;(3)Patients are simultaneous participating in other clinical research.
