Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normotensive blood donors arriving on a walk in basis, who are deemed suitable for blood donationon the day by The Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Donors with mild hypertension but not on active treatment. Known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease or any medical contraindication blood donation, age 100 kg, height 180 cm, inability to give informed consent.
