Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving AIOL implantation had extensive and complete information about the IOL properties.The same refer to the control IOL group; 2. All patients had surgery for congenital cataract; 3. With an astigmatic defect less than 1.0D; 4. Normal eyes position; 5. Postoperative corrected distance visual acuity more than 0.6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included a preoperative history of ocular trauma, other ocular or systemic disease (eg, glaucoma, uveitis, diabetes, hypertension).
