Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From the offspring undergoing health examination in Reproductive follow-up center, Zhejiang Women Hospital, we recruited the offspring born during 2006-2009 or offspring by random. We also recruited the group aged 7-14 (puberty) and aged 20-50 (adult) years old randomly from child care center and physical examination center of Hangzhou first people's hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People born congenital malformation, formulti-fetal gestations,preterm birth, small-for-gestational age were not included. People with nephritis, nephrosis, chronic hypertention and other serious disease were also excluded.
