14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: chronic urticaria inclusion criteria: 1. Urticaria with or not with angioedema,recurrent or nearly recurrent everyday more than 6 weeks; 2. aged 14 to 70 years, both genders. psoriasis inclusion criteria: 1. clinical confirmed as moderate or severe vulgaris psoriasis; 2. aged 14 to 70 years, both genders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: chronic exclusion criteria: 1. already given antihistamine drugs in 2 weeks before study; 2. abnormal hepatic or renal function; 3. accompany with other disease or severe complications, given multiple drugs; 4. mental disorder, can't cooperate; 5. pregnant or lactation to be excluded. psoriasis inclusion criteria: 1. already given psoriasis drugs in 4 weeks before study;2.abnormal hepatic or renal function, other laboratory test was not eligible; 3. accompany with other disease or severe complications, given multiple drugs; 4. mental disorder, can't cooperate; 5. pregnant or lactation to be excluded.
