Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 - 65 yrs; diagnosed as coronary artery disease; no abnormal evidence of routine physical examination, including functional testing of the liver and kidney as well as blood; willing to sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Positive history of allergy to medications, bleeding, platelet dysfunction, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal disorder, and severe liver and renal failure; medications within 4 weeks before enrollment of clinical study; poor adherence to medications and collaboration; women who are pregnant, breast milk-feeding, and taking oral contraceptives; testing positive for HIV, hepatitis B and C; subjects who participated in drug clinical trials within 3 months before study enrollment; other reasons that are considered not to be appropriate to participate in the study.
