Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PACS were defined as eyes with an angle in which more than 270 degree of the posterior trabecular meshwork (the part that often is pigmented) cannot be seen, without peripheral anterior synechiae, elevated intraocular pressure, iris whorling, glaukomfleken lens opacities, or optic disc damage. All control subjects were recruited from out patient service seen for fundus examination after mydriasis, who had open angles with grade 3–4 angle depths in the Shaffer classification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All the subjects were not receiving any drops or medicine which may affect the iris or angle configuration during the study, had no history of intraocular surgery (LPI excluded), trauma and corneal disorders that precluded OCT or Pentacam imaging.
