18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the participants aged 18-60 years old (when informed consent was got), male or female; 2. First-visit inpatients or outpatients who meet ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. All the patients' American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) degree are ASA I-II; 4. All subjects' relatives provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients have severe abnormalities in vital signs, routine blood, electrolyte, blood sugar or electrocardiogram; 2. The patient's physical status is not meet the MECT treatment requirement or has contraindications of MECT
