18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. onset within two weeks; 2. if recurrent infarction, the score of modified Rankin scale (mRS) was less than or equal to two before onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients whose stroke was iatrogenic, because of brain trauma, occurred during hospitalization for other medical conditions were excluded; 2. patients with other intracranial abnormalities(subdural hematoma, brain tumor, etc.) and severe dementia were excluded; 3. asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients were excluded; 4. patients with other disorders (bone and joint disease,etc.) affecting neurological function were excluded.
