25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 25–45 years; 2) have a spontaneous menstrual cycle (21–35 days in duration); 3) antral follicle counts (AFC) < 5 on menstrual cycle day 3 or a basal serum FSH concentration between10–30mIU/ml; 4) no functional cysts present on the bilateral ovaries on menstrual cycle day 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure; 2) documented ovarian failure; 3) any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment.
