Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children (aged 0–10 yr old and American Society of Anesthesiology Class I) scheduled for adenotonsillectomy surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Child with acute respiratory tract infections, a history of respiratory pulmonary, major abdominal, chest wall deformities, or neuromuscular disease.
