Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. eGFR <15ml/min and hemodialysis patients; 2. patients with good adherence; 3. willingness to undergo intravenous sodium thiosulfate treatments for 5 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged <18 years; 2. life expectancy <6 months; 3. pregnancy; 4. current or recent (<12 months) treatment with corticosteroids; 5. current or recent (<12 months) treatment with Phosphate binders, active vitamin D and calcium; 6. Diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypercalcemia.
