Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case types: comply with dsm-iv diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; 2. Age older than 18; 3. The normal physical examination and laboratory examination (slightly abnormal, by the responsible physician to evaluate if it can into the group) and patients with self-knowledge; 4. There are certain words reading ability, able to understand and obey the research plan; 5. I or legal guardian signed informed consent; 6. At least one person is able to provide patients and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with other mental disorders dsm-iv diagnostic criteria; 2. Now endocrine disease, immune system disease, serious body disease or chronic non steady state; 3. Women and oral contraceptives, pregnancy, lactation; 4. Once accepted within 7 days before the screening or is undergoing some sort of test drugs; 5. Over the past 12 months have received electroconvulsive therapy; 6. Always, or currently have material/abuse of alcohol; 7. Use benzene hai suo dose is higher than 6 mg/d.
