Sex/Gender
Male
Age
40 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age=40,14 teeth in the mouth at least(including 4 molars at least);2.General health without systemic disease,without pregnancy in women;3.Did not use antibiotics for at least three months;4.No history of periodontal treatment in a year;5.No history of orthodontic treatment.6.No history of smoking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.age<40,<14 teeth in the mouth; 2.With systemic disease; 3.Used antibiotics in the three months; 4.History of periodontal treatment in a year; 5.History of orthodontic treatment; 6.History of smoking.
