18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery who are going to lose great amounts of blood; 2. ASA I to III 3. Aged 18 to 65 years either sex; 4. Coagulation function is normal; platelet count>100×10^9/L, Hb of male=120g/L, Hb of female=110g/L; 5. Voluntary to participate the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency patient; 2. Patients with hypertension or diabetes; 3. Patients with hematologic diseases; 4. Patients with infectious fever or bacteremia; 5. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs(heart, hepar, lung, kidney); 6. Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Arrhythmia.
