Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal group: inclusion criteria the normal middle aged and aged people from 46 to 65 years old (including 46 and 65 years old); uncorrected or corrected visual acuity is 1.0 or better. Normal hearing; 2. MCI group: Accord to criteria of MCI International Working Group (2004) and screening symptom of liver qi stagnation Syndrome formulated by Xu Zhiwei (2006); the subjects from 46 to 65 years old(including 46 and 65 years old); Han; Right-handed; uncorrected or corrected visual acuity is 1.0 or better. Normal function of hearing and speaking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the ones without coordination; the ones with nervous system diseases or serious diseases of important organ
