18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the pathological diagnosis of ovarian cancer; 2. patient can receive chemotherapy; 3. EOC treated with cytoreductive surgery; 4. Karnofsky score >=70; 5. Patients should be 18 to 65 years old; 6. Serum total bilirubin = 60ml/min. ECG was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. during pregnancy or breast-feeding women, in a growth period but who failed to take effective contraceptive measures; 2. symptomatic brain metastases; 3. severe, uncontrolled medical disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, chronic persistent hepatitis activity; 4. major organ failure, such as heart and lung failure decompensation; 5. has an outer peripheral neuropathy symptoms; 6. mental abnormalities.
