Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We only include patients suspected to be hypovolemia with CVP 90 bpm); (2) a systolic artery blood pressure lesser than 100 mmHg, mean artery blood pressure lesser than 75 mmHg (or a decrease of more than 40 mmHg in previously hypertensive patients) or the need forvasopressive drugs; (3) stroke volume variation more than 10%; (4) a urine output below 0.5 ml/kg/minute for at least one hour; (5) pulmonary artery wedge pressure less than 12 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) age less than 18 years old; (2) age more than 80 years old; (3) brain dead or brain death was likely to be diagnosed within 24 hours from eligibility assessment; (4) anaphylactic reactions to albumin; (5) pregnant women; (6) with sever valvular disease; (7) heart failure; (8) burned patients.
